Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the pair came face-to-face to publicize next month's boxing match.
Former two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to genuinely try to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the novice is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, regularly earning substantial paydays.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Difference
As both boxers participated in the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity evident, it highlighted just how improbable this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually going ahead.
